Privacy
Short version: we store as little as we can, we never sell it, and you can ask us to delete it.
What we store
- Newsletter and report signup: your email address, signup and confirmation time, a referral code, and the page path you signed up from (plus campaign tags from the URL if present). Stored in Cloudflare KV until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.
- Intake and sponsor forms: what you enter (name, email, company, message, budget or interest). Stored in Cloudflare KV for 180 days and sent once by mail to [email protected] through Resend.
- Rate limiting: a one-way hash of your IP address, kept for one hour. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Cookies: one functional cookie after you confirm your email, so the full report stays unlocked in your browser, and a short-lived referral cookie if you arrived through a referral link. No tracking or advertising cookies.
Who processes it
Cloudflare (hosting, storage) and Resend (sending mail). We do not use advertising networks. Server logs never contain full email addresses, tokens or form text.
Data about creators on X
Rankings use public post metrics, handles and links only. We do not copy post text or images. Creators can ask for removal at the address below.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time: [email protected]. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner. Agent Receipts is run from the Netherlands; you can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
